Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website servicepages.co and the terms of service delivery by Oskar Kamień (operating as ServicePages, hereinafter: the "Provider") to clients (hereinafter: the "Client"). Using the website or commissioning a service implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

The Provider delivers website design, development, and optional web hosting services tailored for local service businesses. The exact scope of each service (number of pages, features, and project deadline) is determined individually with the Client before starting work.

3. Implementation Process

  • The Provider prepares a free website preview (mockup) based on publicly available information about the Client's business.
  • The Client reviews the mockup with zero financial commitment or obligation.
  • Upon mockup approval, the Client makes the payment according to the agreed amount, after which the website is finalized and published.
  • The Client gains full ownership of the completed website. If the Client opts for hosting services provided by the Provider, the terms of that hosting are established under a separate agreement.

4. Revisions and Post-Launch Support

  • During the mockup preparation stage (prior to final publication), the Provider accommodates a reasonable number of revisions aimed at refining the website according to the Client's expectations.
  • After the website is launched and published, the Provider is not obligated to perform further modifications or updates without additional fees, unless the Client has purchased a separate maintenance plan (hosting + support).
  • Fixing technical bugs or mistakes caused directly by the Provider is free of charge for 30 days following the website's publication.
  • Any other changes to content, features, or design requested after the website is launched will be billed separately as a custom project or managed under the active maintenance plan.

5. Payments

  • Payment is requested exclusively after the Client approves the website mockup, in accordance with the previously agreed price. The Provider does not charge any fees for preparing and presenting the mockup itself.
  • If a recurring maintenance plan is purchased, payments are processed on a monthly subscription basis and collected according to the specific terms outlined during the purchase of that plan.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client becomes the sole owner of the finalized version of the website, including the code and content created specifically for them. The Provider reserves the right to showcase the completed project in their portfolio, unless the Client explicitly objects.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider exercises due diligence in delivering the services, but is not responsible or liable for:

  • Business results or revenue outcomes resulting from owning the website (e.g., number of generated leads/clients).
  • Downtime or interruptions caused by external factors (e.g., hosting provider failures, domain name connection issues).
  • Any text, copy, or media assets provided by the Client for publication on the site.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Since payment is only made after approval of the completed website mockup, the Provider does not offer refunds for services already paid for and delivered. The Client can cancel the service at the mockup stage with zero financial penalties or obligations.

9. Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints regarding the quality of the service must be submitted to: kamienoskar@gmail.com within 14 days of delivering the finalized website files.

10. Final Provisions

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Changes take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version on this page. For issues not covered by these Terms, the laws of Poland apply, subject to any mandatory laws applicable in the Client's local jurisdiction.
